- All orders are typically shipped out within 3 Business days of the order being received Unless there is a back order for the item.
- In an Event of a Backorder you will be notified with an estimated timeframe.

- If you missed the delivery the shipping company typically makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at L2D2. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
- Get an RMA for your item: Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can request one from our Customer Service Team by Asking us a Question on eBay
- Send the product to L2D2 : Once your RMA is issued, you can print a UPS shipping label, Box up the item you're returning and send it to

If you choose not to use our UPS shipping label service, we recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
- Your RMA is Received and Reviewed: You'll receive an email once your package has been received and opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
- RMA Resolution Replacement: If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You'll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed L2D2 order.
- RMA Resolution Refund: If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later.
The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank's policies for making the funds available to you.
The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).

This is our Standard 30-Day Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which L2D2 states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to L2D2 within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Return constitutes receipt of the product by L2D2, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt of product. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting L2D2 Customer Support thru eBay or call us toll free at 1-800-974-3165 Monday - Friday. 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM EST.
L2D2ONLINE will accept returns for product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions and with exceptions to below points
- Customers are responsible to ensure network compatibility prior to purchase, Returns are not accepted in this case
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Return Restocking Fee: Yes (10% - 40% depending upon the condition the item was returned in.)
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from L2D2ONLINE
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
- Any product that is free from defects in materials or workmanship
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
- All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
- It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can look into it further.
All other RMA issues regarding CDMA & Unlocked Mobile Phones must be handled through the product manufacturer.
