The shoes were advertised as NIB but they came with stains all around both shoes. When I contacted the vendor and sent pics the vendor told me they were not stains and that they had come from the department store that way. REALLY? Don't insult my intelligence! Then why didn't the advertised pic show the damage? I was offered a 50% refund. There was no way I was going to accept this when I would never wear the shoes because they were so badly damaged. I returned the shoes and received a refund.
