Do I pay for return shipping?If you use a Smart Label, a fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer not to use the Smart Label, please ship the item prepaid and insured to Sales Division, 123 Customer Way, Irving, TX 75039. For a replacement shipping label, please call 1.866.908.1195.
Do you offer exchanges?We will accept exchanges only for items similar in color or size. Otherwise purchases must be cancelled and reordered on eBay. For return shipping instructions, please see our Returns & Exchanges section.
