Returns: You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I will be more than happy to exchange, give store credit, replace an item if it was not packaged correctly, or refund your purchase price plus shipping if it was not described accurately.

SHIPPING TIME: Please be aware that each item may have a different shipping time frame. This is because I handcraft all items. Some are finished and ready to ship, some are not, they must be made first. So please note the shipping time when ordering, and keep this in mind when choosing your feedback in the "shipped on time" catigory.

SHIPPING CHARGES: I use the calculated shipping rates. This way you will only pay the charges to your exact zip code. I do not pad shipping charges to raise my profit. With the packaging I use for most of my items, the shipping is pretty much exact. There is an $.18 discount for each item added in combined shipping (this is the fee paypal charges me to print postage). Items that are shipped in boxes will have a larger discount because I can usually add an item without using bigger packaging. I will be more than happy to send you a revised invoice with combined shipping.

You may request Priority Mail, Overnight Services, or UPS Services, but I will need to revise your invoice accordingly and send it to you.

Every item in my store is handcrafted by me, and a most of the time, designed by me. I take a lot of pride in my work, but as always, still learning something new every day, so I am open to suggestions and coments (be nice!). I hope if there is ever any concerns about any item you have purchased from me you will contact me right away so I can attempt to resolve any problems you may have.
