The dress was toxic and full of chemicals. Had difficulty breathing when unpacked. This is unacceptable and should not have been authorized to sell. I am asking the Seller to take full responsibility for shipping fees. I should not have to pay for shipping for something of the sellers negligent. I requested a return shipping label so far the seller has not responded to my request or communicate this problem with me.
