Products:
All my products listed on eBay are 100% authentic. I do not auction/sell any imitations, replicas or knock-offs. For the most part, my products are new unused and not tested items. Should I list a tester/sample, or used product, I will duly note it as such. All my products are authentic and that’s my guarantee. If any product contains an expiration date, I make sure it’s noted on the description auction.
Storage:
All my products are stored in safe storage bins. These products are not exposed to dust, smoke, moisture, sunlight, heat or cold temperature. I regularly inspect the bins. Normally, upon receiving the products, I open the products boxes that are not factory sealed for routine inspections, such as tampering, to insure the correct product is inside, expiration dates if any, and for leakage if any. I never test, used or try any of the products’ containers.
Undeliverable orders:
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address and PO Box, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (e.g. United States for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of US$25 will be deducted from your refund.)
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged first items US$11, any additional item will charge additional US$5. * for resent shipping fee.
