1.What condition are the items you sell? |

Leevisia sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY
merchandise processed directly from our
factories. |

2.How do I cancel my bid? |
To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has
ended, please visit
eBay's Bid Retraction page.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It
Now has ended you will need to contact
Leevisia ASAP. Since eBay charges Leevisia
fees for every item we list, we must contact
eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an
item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item"
notification can negatively impact your
account with eBay so we do allow customers
to reimburse us directly for our listing
fees ($5 per item), in which case we will
NOT contact eBay.
Please note that Leevisia expects ALL
customers to complete checkout and pay for
any items they purchase on eBay. Thank you
for your cooperation. |

3.I am buying multiple items, how do I pay? |
|
If bidding on more than one item, delay
checkout no more than 7 days, until winning
the LAST auction. We will not be able to
combine your order & offer shipping discount
if you checkout or pay separately for
multiple items. |

4.How do I pay for my eBay purchases? |
|
If bidding on more than one item, do not
checkout individually for each item, only
checkout after you are done purchasing the
last item, delay checkout no more than 7
days, until winning the LAST auction. We
will not be able to combine your order &
offer shipping discount if you checkout or
pay separately for multiple items. |

5.What method of payment does leevisia
accept? |
We only accept paypal.

6.How long do I have to pay for my eBay
purchases? |
|
From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It
Now is completed, you have exactly 7 days to
complete payment. On the 8th day, we will
cancel the transaction, re-post the item for
sale and file with eBay for a refund of
Final Value Fees that we incurred on the
sale. |

7.Has my order been shipped? |
We will send shipping information to your
e-mail through ebay system when your order
is shipped.if you have paid,please check
your e-mail within 2 working days.
If you did not receive this mail,you can
also find the shipping information in your
order detail through ebay site. |

8.Do you offer combined shipping? |
|
Yes,we offer combined shipping!Upon winning
more than one auction, you will
automatically receive a shipping discount on
each additional item that is
paid for
and shipped together. |

9.What countries do you ship to? |
|
we ship to worldwide! |

10.Can I combine multiple items to save on
shipping? |
|
Yes,Of course! If you purchase multiple
items you may automatically combine any
unpaid items into one order during checkout.
Once combined into 1 order, items must be
paid for together. We do request you
checkout all items within 7 days of auction
end/ Buy It Now date. Please note that once
combined, items may not be removed from
orders and payment must be made for the
entire order. |

11.Why can not I combine my orders? |
|
If you bought multiple items which were
uploaded to different eBay sites, for
example,you bouthg 2 items,but they were
uploaded on eBay UK site and eBay US
site,then you have to pay them separately.
but you can still get the shipping
discount,please contact us when your all
biddings end,we will send the new invoices. |

12.If I want to return the item, what is
your address? |
