All domestic orders are shipped FREE (unless service upgraded) Monday thru Friday only, via USPS (United States Postal Service) Standard First Class, Priority or Express Mail service as noted in the listing and are fully insured against loss or damage. All shipments to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US protectorates Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau and US Virgin Islands are FREE!

Shipments are made Monday thru Friday only and will ship either the same day or the next day after receiving payment depending on the time of day the payment clears. It will usually take an additional 3 to 5 business days for a parcel to be delivered by USPS First Class service and 2 to 3 business days by USPS Priority service.

Other shipping conditions in Combined Shipping will apply for multiple item orders and the item(s) will be shipped First-Class Mail International Package unless otherwise selected. International bid winners please kindly contact us to request a revised invoice with shipping & handling fees that we have agreed upon to avoid processing delays.

• When multiple items are purchased, standard shipping charges apply to the item with the highest shipping charge and will be the first item. The item with next highest shipping charge will be the second item and shipping charges will be discounted by 20%, and all remaining items will be shipped FREE!

Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; LeLuv has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.

All items purchased at LeLuv are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such item(s) is going to be passed to you the purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.

Some countries that we have found to be risky as far as exporting to with customs seizures and problems are Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control deliveries to these "hot spots".

We mark all customs forms with the description of "Massager" for content inside the package.
