Opened to find 3 scuffs and 2 scraps on bumper.Contacted seller and provided pictures and seller was kind enough to reimburse us a discount so that we can use it to buy matching black paint to fix the scuffs and scraps.Very pleased with seller and Bumper quality.

Thank you FedEx for going above and beyond. Sorry for the confusion with the adress. In this particular delivery i was unable to know which adress to send the package too because Ebay would not tell me which carrier would deliver until i actually made the purchase. This is something that Ebay needs to take into consideration to not inconvenience customers and package handlers in the future. Sometimes when you order online things go wrong. The bumper I ordered came in two boxes. When I got box two it was part of a lift kit for a different truck. I contacted the seller, who responded within in 15 minutes. They were able to next day air my box kit which came correct. I now can get my bumper installed before Christmas. Thank you Leveling Solutions for the quick response and making my Christmas very Merry.
