Here on ebay, we are selling scratch and dent, discontinued and overstocked products. We are available to answer emails and questions Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM CST. Unfortunately, we are not available weekends to assist our customers.
Levenger Outlet offers discounts on combined shipping, $2.00 per additional item. Items may only be combined within a seven day period. If you are still bidding on items that do not end within seven days of the first item won, then you must pay for those items separately.
Policies
**Shipping Policy**
All Levenger Outlet items are shipped via FedEx Ground (for business addresses) and FedEx Home (for residential addresses), with an average ship time of 3-7 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order. Sorry, but we cannot ship internationally (this includes Canada) or to APO/FPO addresses. Hawaiian and Alaskan residents, there will be an extra shipping charge because it is quite costly to ship.
**New Payment Policy**
The faster you make your payment, the faster we will ship your items. We try to ship within a day of the payment being received. We accept Paypal only. Accepting other types of payments causes a delay in processing and shipping the order. Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction close. If payment has not been received within 5 days after the auction has ended, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the items will be resold. If there is a problem with payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
