RETURNS
Levenger_Outlet's sales are final. We will accept returns under the following circumstances only:
1. You receive the wrong item.
2. The item has undisclosed damage.
If your item has damage that was not disclosed in the listing, we will offer an exchange for the exact same item if we have one in stock. If we do not have that exact item in stock, we will refund the item's purchase price.
The incorrect or damaged item MUST be returned and received before we ship the correct or exchanged item. Buyer pays for return shipping and must provide a tracking number on all returns.
You have 14 days from receipt of your item to contact us regarding a return.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES ARE NOT EFFECTIVE FOR ANY ITEM SOLD AT LEVENGER_OUTLET. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE PRIOR TO BIDDING OR BUYING.
