Seller went dark for a week after purchase so I opened a report indicating I still wanted the item. Miraculously they got access to their phone again, and chose to refund me instead claiming they were stuck out of town unexpectedly. I've asked multiple times since if they were going to re-post the item, they have not even replied to me. At no point did they put up a "time away", and have been actively posting new items for sale. They had no intention of completing this deal IMO.

You were refunded. My mother was in the hospital. I messaged you and refunded you as soon as I was able. I am not obligated to relist anything immediately or “resell” you something that has been refunded.
Good to know that there are other sellers on eBay who will harass you non-stop after receiving a refund. Anyone who deals with this user should BEWARE. Avoid at all costs.
