General Interest

We will leave excellent feedback up receipt of payment. We ask that once you have received your item you leave an equivalent feedback.

If, for some reason, there is an issue that needs resolved, please simply send us a message. We are people, just like everyone else, and are willing to help resolve any issues there may be.

Please contact us sooner than later if you have questions regarding a product/shipment/installation. We would rather you ask before installing/using an item, if you are unsure, and get it right the first time.

We will address negative feedback and "star" ratings. Negative feedback is meant to be used if a seller is completely unresponsive and unwilling to work with you. We are ALWAYS willing to help and resolve any issues. We do ask that you please don't send any "rude" emails and give us a change to help. Again, this is such a rare instance we can nearly guarantee this won't apply to you. We ship the items as fast as we possibly can and via the methods stated, after that we have no say in what the postal system does with it. If they go beyond the estimated delivery time, it is not our fault. Please give us a break regarding this. Email us if you feel your item should have been delivered and isn't.
