Received the printer this morning and have nothing but praise for this seller. The printer was so well packaged that it took me 40 minutes to get it out of the box. This item, hands down, was the best packaged item I have ever received from an eBay seller. Arrived in perfect condition. Looks like it just came from a major retailer. I only have one issue. FEDEX sucks!!! Packaged was left my gate on it's side with stickers showing "THIS SIDE UP" and "FRAGILE". This is why I don't ship FEDEX.
