Mug arrived well packaged and as described. If I had one "complaint" about my purchasing experience it would be that the shipping was slow. The seller printed the shipping label (which marked the item as shipped) but then it did not begin tracking for several days after. When sending a message to ask about this, the seller told me that the package had been dropped off the day the label was printed, but it shockingly began tracking the day AFTER I sent my message.
