Payment is expected within 7 days. There are no returns unless there are extraordinary circumstances involved. I only use USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation for US Delivery. You will have your item in 2-3 days after payment is made. International delivery is available and the cost and shipping time depends on your country.
