I am very glad to have this Gorgeous B&W Betty Boop cel, and I grabbed it for nearly half off. So, why the neutral feedback? Because I am very frustrated with the seller. I attempted SEVERAL times to message him/her and was IGNORED each and every time. This, to me, equates to EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Part of being a seller is COMMUNICATION! I don't care how fast you ship out, or how reasonable your shipping rates are. If you can't/WON'T communicate, that makes you a poor seller.

Entitled Karen the Buyer’s fb is irrational & rude. Item shipped, tracking number provided, item delivered in 5 days. Buyer happy with item. Buyer sent emails not related to ebay purchase. She sent me several emails on New Year’s Eve expounding on her fondness for Betty Boop. None of which, had anything to do with the purchase nor required a respond from me. I am not obligated to babysit adults, be your therapist or help you sell YOUR item on ebay. I only anwser item related questions.That'sIt.
