Have not received the product. The tracking says the label was printed a week ago and no other updates. Seller refuses to send another roll. Will not be ordering again after this and it’s a shame because I’ve been using this elastic for a while.

I am sorry, this happened to you, If you note the ship date was done on time, the USPS delay the delivery for so long but finally got deliver. Its not that we refused to re-ship when the time usps give us to make the claim. USPS is working so bad. We got the fault.
