  • 1. What is the condition of the item?
         Brand new with tags.

    2. What size do you offer for this dress or do you have other size?
         We have size US2-10 or Size UK8-16. For petite size or plus size, we offer custom made service,
         but we will charge 10GBP or 20USD/AUD as custom made fee.

    3. Do you have/make this dress in other colors?
         Normally, we sell the dress in the color as the pic. But we also offer custom made several appointed colors under
         the picture. But there is extra charge of 30 USD or 20 GBP for custom made other colors.

    4. Will the dress fit me or do you offer custom-made service?
         Yes, we offer custom made service if you want a different color or a plus/petite size. But if you want custom made,
         you need to pay extra charge of 20 USD/AUD (or 10 GBP).

    5. Will i have to pay extra charges if i want to custom-make a dress?
         Yes, according to our company policy, we will charge extra fees for custom-made in a different color or
         a petite or plus size.

    6. Will the item be exactly like the picture or the description?
         We make dresses according to pictures, but we can not guarantee color will be exactly like the picture or the
         description because of chromatic aberration due to photographing, CRT and LCD displayers and personal
         definiton of colors in different cultures.

    7. Do you have a catalog?
         Yes, we do. You can get it from our customer service.

    1. Can you lower the price of these dresses?
         Our prices in auction format is the lowest among all our prices in other formats. So if you want a lower price,
         please bid on theitem and buy it.

    2. I missed the auction. How can I bid on that item again?
        If the auction ended without a winner then it will be automatically relisted so you can do a search in our store
        to bid on it again at stores. If the auction ended with a winner then we will have another up for auction. Please
        re-visit our store to see if it is available.

    3. Is there a limit to the amount of items I could purchase?
        Our policy allows you to purchase 5 items at 10 days. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We had to implement
        the policy to ensure a secure and positive shopping experience for all.

    4. I entered a bid on the wrong item. Can I retract my bid?

        Yes, we ship to worldwide! But postage varies from different regions.

    2. Do you offer free shipping?
        Yes, we offer free shipping for all the items in fixed price. But if you buy multiple dresses at bidding price,
        we can give you discount on the shipping charges.

    3. Do you offer combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?
        We offer combined shipping, but we don't offer combined postage. Becuase all of our parcel are charged by
        weight. Either your package the item in one parcel or two parcel, the weight doesn't change, so does the postage.

    4. How long will it take to get my item?
        The making time of the dress is 15-20 days and the normal delivery time is 10-15 days. So it takes approximately
        25-35 days to deliver the item to you.
        
    5. Did my order ship yet? How can I track my order?
        The moment we send your order out. We will write you an email and tell you the tracking number and the relavant
        carrier's website for you to trace your oder.

    6. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
        For your convenience, we offer shipping to anywhere you want. You'll have the opportunity to enter a shipping     address during checkout. Please be advised, your order may be subject to hold for verification if the billing and
        shipping is not the same.

    7. How much does it cost to post to my country?
        You can get rate in shipping and postage under the bid/buy page above description below the picture.

    8. I haven't received my order yet. Maybe it get lost, what do i do?

        We prefer you pay by paypal. But if you don't have a paypal account, you can also pay by western union

        Yes. But we could not guarantee there will be other charges according to your country's law.

    3. Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
        Skyvogue's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with
        the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of
        delivery. We do NOT pay for your brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

        You may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

  • Complete the return form located at the bottom of the packaging slip found in your purchase or download and
          complete the return form located here. Download Return/Exchange Form (PDF)
  • Follow the instructions on the form
  • Include the completed form and purchase receipt in the returned parcel.
  •       Once we have processed your Return/Exchange form, you will receive an email confirmation to verify your request.
          After your item has been received, we will send out your exchange or issue your credit within 7 business days.

    4. I've returned my dress, when will I receive my refund?
        Once your return has been received, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your Paypal account and
        you will receive the refund within 2-3 business days.

    5. Do you offer exchanges?
        Our customer service will contact you upon receipt of your return within 24 hours. Please be responsible for
        the return shipping of your item(s). We will ship your desired exchange at no additional cost. If you would like to
        exchange for an entirely different style of item, the best way to do is to return your original item and purchase
        the new one.
