Your listings are single dress listings, What if I want to buy more dresses in the same style? Do you do Wholesale?

Our listings are designed in a "One Dress One Listing" form. However, from time to time we have 24/50 dresses in a single listing, you can buy them on Buy It Now listing or next Auction listing.

Also, we do wholesale, please send ebay message to us.

I have place the bid on the wrong listing, it's not my size/colour, can you change the size/colour?

Make sure the item you will bid/purchase is the one you want, no exchange of size or color after item is won/purchased.

All mails will be answered within 24-48 hours upon reception. If you do not receive our response after 48 hours, please check if you have sent your original message to the correct email address.

I love the dress, is the US size? I'm not sure it fits or not, do you have any suggestion?

Our size is US size, please NOTE that it’s dress measurement NOT body measurement, we measure the dress by lay it flat, so we suggest you take a look at the size chart in every listing, you can measure your own dress for a comparison to see if the dress fit you.

Different dresses maybe have some differences even in same size, due to the fabric, dress style and elasticity etc..

I like your dresses, if the dress has quality issue, what shall I do?

Love-Story exemplifies the standards of beauty and quality. All of our dresses are made from the highest quality and brand new with tags, and we do the quality inspection carefully before delivery.

But the item may damaged during delivery and customs inspection, please supply us photos. If the problem is unrepairable, we will resend or give full store credit. If it is repairable, we will offer partial store credit to fix the problem.

Is the color of the dress same as the listing photos?

All of our pictures are taken by actual dresses. Please take a look at the detail information in the listing carefully. Slight colour aberrations may exist due to different screen settings. Hope for your understanding.

Do you have this item in other sizes or colors?

Some dresses may with several colours available. You can click the Button “Click to Search More Size” under the size chart of every listing.

Or you can entering specific dress code, like 09501, to search the dress listing you want, all available listing will show up.

Do you combine shipping? If so what's the combined postage?

Yes, ebay system will combine all your won items automatically in 7 days. Shipping charge is based on quantity.

USPS Priority Mail to US local, first postage is $5.99, each additional item is $4.99.

USPS First Class Mail Internationl to Canada, first postage is $9.99; each additional item is $8.99.

USPS First Class Mail International to other countries, first postage is $12.99; each additional item is $8.99.

If you buy more you will actually spend less on each dress for shipping. Yes, eBay will cobmine all your won items automatically in 7 days, if not, you could combine items manually.

The shipping address in my Paypal and eBay is the old one, can you deliver the item to my new address?

We normally ship the items with the shipping address you filled in eBay, please make sure shipping address is correct. If your country is not in our country list, just feel free to contact us.

How long will it take to arrive? Since I have not got the item yet till now.

We normally have 2 shipping ways, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail.

We dispatch from US local, USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 Business Days to US local, USPS first class mail is 3-6 weeks to outside USA.

Please note that delivery time may some delay during bad weather and peak periods, such as Christmas and so on. Or other force majeure situation. (Send in Nov, Dec, Jan, USPS First Class Mail may take 3-8 weeks to arrive.)

I have won the item days ago, why I got the unpaid case? since I still want to bid more dresses and want to pay for them together.

According to eBay policy, our system will wait for you within 8 days, after that eBay will send dispute to you automatically. eBay system will close your order after another 4 days automatically.

Please make the payment within 8 days to avoid the unpaid dispute.

1. Size Issue. We offer return for dress amount refund.

2. Quality Issue. please supply us photos. If the problem is unrepairable, we will resend or give full store credit. If it is repairable, we will offer partial store credit to fix the problem.
