I haven’t received the item. The Royal Mail tracking system says it has been delivered, with a photo of the person who signed for it, not at this address. I phoned RM, who told they that they would retrieve it and re deliver today or tomorrow. I then went to the address that did apparently receive it, spoke to the man in the photo, who told me it wasn’t the item I ordered (a pair of sneakers) but a box of food, which is clearly visible in the photo provided by RM.

Seller is unresponsive, and deceitful, they pose as shipping from Germany but it comes from Hong Kong. Unsure if shoes are authentic yet.
