• We will exchange or refund within 7 days of item's delivery if the item you received is defective or different from advertised.
• Shipping and handling charges are not returnable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization number before the return by emailing us.
• Items that are missing original contents including tags, have been altered in any way or been used are not eligible for any exchange or return.
• If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear it.
• Do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return.
• If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money, as we do not sell used watches.
• We will only accept the return if the item will be in original condition as it was shipped.
• Please make sure to have all the tags and labels intact.

• We offer shipping discount on multiple item purchase.

Local Customer Pickups:

• We do not offer local pick up.

International Shipping:

• We use USPS services. Shipping charges vary depending on the destinations and the shipping choice.
• Customers are to calculate the shipping cost by selecting a country and a shipping method.
• We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

• Buyers are responsible for any applicable local duties and taxes.
