 Q: I have a question not listed here....
  A: Please feel free to send questions, I usually answer questions promptly. I have the eBay app to help answer your questions quickly... not to leave feedback or track a package.
 Q: One item is marked FREE shipping the second is not, how do you combine shipping?
  A: When you purchase a FREE shipping item with another item that is NOT marked for free shipping you are charged the weight for the item that is not marked for free shipping. The FREE shipping item is taken out of the equation when calculations are done.
 Q: When will my item ship out?
  A: You will get an email indicating a label was printed, items are taken to the post office SAME day or the next business day. SOME ITEMS ARE DROP SHIPPED AND COME FROM OTHER LOCATIONS IF YOUR CONCERNED PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY.
 Q: Delays, Vacations.. other
  A: Please know that we ship daily, in the event of inclement weather there may be a delay. Vacations also hinder this process... details about trips longer then 3 days will be posted in the 'about me' page. Please note holidays that fall on Monday will delay shipping as well.
 Q: Where do returns go?
  A: Please send returns to'The Sell All - Luzsbrain' PO Box 95 VACAVILLE CA 95687. Please be sure tags have not been removed from clothing AND items are in their original condition.
 Q: How will my order ship?
  A: All items under 13 ounces will ship 1st class with delivery confirmation. 13 ounces to 4lbs will go Priority - it depends on your location, once in a while I will ship a package out UPS. We usually use the best rate possible.
 Q: Due to Theft and/or Loss and complaints we will no longer ship outside the US, HOWEVER!
  A: Some of our products are eligible for eBay's Global Shipping program, I have no control over this program, if you have questions please contact eBay directly.
 Q: Id like to send this to someone as a gift.
  A: Thats great! Please mention that in the 'note to seller' section when you submit payment, and be sure that you have provided an address thru paypal. Please do not request an address change after the fact. We will also include a small note if youd like.

 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, eBay should do it automatically but its not always correct. If the price looks wrong please ask me to adjust the invoice BEFORE you pay!
 Q: How much is combined shipping for 2 or more items to 00000 zip code?
  A: Within the listing you can check this yourself, click the tab - Shipping - enter the quantity you want and your zip code and eBay will tell you the cost.
 Q: Do you have more....
  A: Not usually, be sure to check the drop down menu (if applicable) for what your looking for. IF you dont see it generally we do not have it.
 Q: Can I pick it up?
  A: Sure! Save on shipping by picking this up, Im in zip code 95687.
 Q: I was supposed to get FREE shipping but I was charged?
  A: Sorry about that... please I am only human and miss things.. if you were charged shipping and the listing says you were supposed to get FREE shipping - shoot me an email and request a refund. NOT ALL ITEMS HAVE FREE SHIPPING.
 Q: That tracking number you provided shows no movement?
  A: USPS does not provide tracking numbers. If you want tracking you need to use Express Mail, UPS or FedEx. With that said, the number you get is delivery confirmation.
 Q: Do you hold orders?
  A: No, once labels are printed they are TAKEN directly to the post office that day or quite possibly the next day (depending on when label was printed) They know me at the post office!
 Q: Oops I forgot to pay, can I still buy this item?
  A: Well once you go past 8 days - 4 days waiting time, 4 more days after ebay sends you a notice, you will not be able to purchase as you have gotten a non paying bidder notification on your account. Once it reaches this far you will be blocked, be sure you pay for your items on a timely basis.
 Q: Is there wiggle room in the shipping cost?
  A: Not usually, please feel free to go to the USPS website and compare prices, remember the shipping charge included delivery confirmation. Thanks
 Q: Item is not as described
  A: I try very hard to make sure the descriptions are 100% accurate. If I or a manufacture makes an error please let me know - I will not issue refunds in good faith. IF I SENT YOU THE WRONG THING PLEASE LET ME KNOW! We ALWAYS ask for images of damage please email image to thesellall@optimum.net.

  A: Please review the ebay policy regarding DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) - It provides information about how to leave ratings. Please dont leave ratings in spite cause the post office delayed your package, No one controls them. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE LEAVING LOW RATINGS.
 Q: There is a mistake....
  A: Please know there is nothing automated here. I do everything and I am not perfect. I can make a mistakes now and then. If something is wrong please let me know and give me a chance to fix it. We ALWAYS request images of damage/errors etc please send them to thesellall@optimum.net
 Q: I WANT A REFUND!
  A: If you feel that strongly about this please file a claim with paypal.
 Q: Disclaimers - colors dont match
  A: Do I really need to mention colors vary by computer screen? If you curious about colors please ask for actual images. Its safe to say the colors in the actual photos are more accurate.
 Q: Why do you use stock photos?
  A: Listing is easier with stock photos provided by manufactures... sometimes the item is compact within its packaging and taking a photo of the item does not give you the full description of the item. If you really want actual images please ask.
 Q: I dont like it, its not as described, etc..
  A: Please send it back! I will usually ask why so I can correct the listing and/or photos or make changes. Dont keep it if your not happy. *PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED! WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE PERSONALIZED.
 Q: Why are you filing a claim?
  A: eBay AUTOMATICALLY starts the non paying bidder claims if you do not pay within the allowed time - please pay in a timely basis.
 Q: Your shipping rates are kinda high!
  A: We dont make money on shipping, We enter weights and are close to the price you are charged. Prices can be seen on your shipping label. Refunds are issued when shipping fees are severely overcharged and on a case by case basis.
 Q: My package has not arrived !
  A: Please keep in mind the ETA provided by eBay and the post office are ESTIMATES. These are Not Guaranteed delivery times! Asking me to help you find it is not going to make them deliver it faster. I go on the website just like you and see where it is, IF SOMETHING LOOKS FISHY I WILL ASK THE LOCAL POSTMASTER. BE PATIENT.
 Q: How do I return this?
  A: To many times people use priority mail to send a return. Why? Go to the post office and ship it first class. Cant get to the post office, do a search for 'paypal ship now' and you will be able to print a first class label from your paypal account! I use it all the time, as me for the link if you cant find it.
 Q: Info on Negatives, False Positives and Neutal Feeback
  A: Please note: I will not help you by leaving you positive feedback when you have hurt me by leaving negative/neutral feedback for me. Remember I cant make the post office deliver your package faster, if you dont like the item return it, if shipping costs are too high dont buy it and I answer everyone's emails!
 Q: Feedback is a privilege not a right.
  A: Feedback is not required but optional, just like you can decided to not leave feedback for me I can decide the same. If you have already left feedback and If I choose not to leave you feedback please do not harass me as I will report you to eBay.
 Q: Packing slips, Poly Bags and Boxes
  A: In order to keep costs down and provide you FREE shipping with some of your purchases I use Poly bags as often as possible, we stopped using packing slips and use boxes only when necessary. If you really want a packing slip please let me know.
 Q: MY POLICIES
  A: IF YOU DONT LIKE MY POLICIES PLEASE DONT HARASS ME ABOUT IT & DONT PURCHASE ONLY TO MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE. I HAVE A STORE TO RUN AND DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINERS. I HAVE ENOUGH KIDS!
 Q: Does this come from a smoke free and/or pet free home?
  A: YES. PLEASE NOTE: While we can guarantee these items are in a smoke free and pet free location we cant guarantee YOUR delivery person is smoke free. Unfortunately even our mail has arrived smelling of smoke.
 Q: When will you leave me feedback?
  A: This is set to AUTO - once you leave feedback ebay will automatically leave your feedback. Unless you leave something other then positive then it will NOT leave feedback for you.
