We ship using high quality clear-plastic acid-free bags, foam-core backing (and sometimes fronting as well, depending on the item), or rigid mailing tubes for larger items.

Note that, since we are located in Canada, shipping to the U.S. takes longer than it does between two points within the U.S. We ALWAYS ship within one working day of receiving payment, and often ship the same day; however, we have no control over how long it takes from here. If you require Express delivery, please choose and pay for that option. Or if you don't see your preferred option, please contact us for special assistance.

Option 1: Called "Standard" in the listings. This service is by Canada Post regular airmail. Delivery times vary from as little as seven days to as long as four weeks, depending on your location in the U.S. and the degree of vigilance being exercised by U.S. customs at the border. Proof of postage is offered. Note that Americans are allowed to receive items by post to a value of $200 before any taxes or duties are charged.
Option 2: Called "Expedited" in the Ebay listing. This service is by Canada Post Air Mail Small or Light Packets. It offers tracking and guarantees delivery in 3-10 business days, depending on your location in the United States. We always ship within 1 business day of payment. |

Called "Other" in the Ebay listing. We use Canada Post for domestic delivery. It is generally very fast -- 1-2 days within Central Canada, and only 4-5 days to either coast.
The cost varies by location. In our listing, we give the higher end of the possibilities (i.e. B.C., Newfoundland). If you live in Central Canada, shipping will be a little (20% or so) lower. We'll refund you the difference after you've paid and/or re-invoice you with corrected shipping before you pay. |

Delivery time is actually faster than to the U.S. It usually takes 5 business days to Western Europe, 7-8 business days to Northeast Asia, and around 10 business days to South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
