Return Policy

All MarketplaceForBrands items are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the item minus any restocking fee. If the purchase was sent with 'free shipping" the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with original tags attached. The majority of our items carry a 10% Restocking Fee, although it does vary by product. The actual Restocking Fee is denoted in the body of the listing. (Scroll down to the bottom of the listing and reference the fee within the Item Detail Description.)

There are a few exceptions to this policy:
  • We do not accept returns for items bought as "used".
  • We do not accept returns of assembled, used, modified or clearance items.
  • Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
  • Health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables are non-returnable.


All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number which is to be noted on the outside of the package. All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number allows the warehouse to identify your return when it arrives and helps us credit you as quickly as possible. Returns sent back without the Return Authorization Number noted could be missed, delayed, lost or refused. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a refund via the payment method that was originally used to make the purchase (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). This process generally takes 3 to 5 days from receipt of your return.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged? First, please accept our apology for the issue. We will help you in every way we can. Please contact us, letting us know of the damages and include pictures of the damaged item if at all possible. We will work to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order? If you need to cancel an order or make any changes to it, please email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We can't cancel an order once it has shipped, so the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we can't make the change or cancellation before the order ships, you may need to return the item, which would fall under our standard return policy.

Do I have to pay sales tax? Only if your order is shipping to Georgia, we are required by law to collect sales tax.

Order Acceptance MarketplaceForBrands reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). In the event of an erroneous listing we will refund your money as soon as possible.
