The bill- when received- was significantly brighter than the photo on EBAY site. Specifically put, the bill was in better condition than what I expected. It was packaged properly and arrived on time. The seller was not particularly chatty within the EBAY message system, but he is a high volume merchant and cannot offer 'handholding' services. From my buyer's perspective, I am 100% satisfied.

Set description was accurate in listing and most cards were excellent . However I was not too happy
about the Seller not taking the time to put tissue paper inside the set to protect the top corners and edges
which should have been done. Also seller tossed the set into a Large Priority Mail box without any
packaging to secure the set therefore it was bouncing around for 1,000 miles for 3 days. I should not
have to be leaving Sellers messages to make sure cards are packaged correctly.
