| A:I do not except returns, if you have a problem with the service or the item please e-mail me and I will try to fix it to the best of my ability, before leaving me bad feedback. If it was my mistake I will try my best to correct it. I do not give back money for lost or damaged goods. |

| A:I only charge $1.99 handling charge on all my things except on golf clubs, which is $2.99. I have to order special size boxes and put peanuts in them.These fees are to pay for the shipping supplies and all my eBay PayPal fees. When I combine shipping you only pay the handling fee once, which is $1.99 or $2.99 for Golf Clubs |

| A:Yes. But I cannot offer insurance to you unless the US Post Office offers it to me. Email me to see if it is offered for your country. |
| Q:Should I pay now or wait for a invoice? |

| A:Please wait for a invoice because lots of new buyers are not paying enough shipping or too much, and I can alter the prices by the zip code when you buy so these problems do not occur. |
| Q:What About Insurance on my purchase? |

| A:I highly recommand buying the insurance if the product is over $10. But if it is over $20 I started adding and making it manatory because of the Postal Centers losing and damaging packages. They will not insure glass. If you buy anything made of glass I will try my best to wrap it up but I'm not perfect and neither is the Postal Center. |
