One of the best transactions I’ve had on EBAY. My initial shipment order was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex. I went back and forth with Fed Ex for about 2 weeks until Fed Ex finally told me i had to contact the merchant (Messey) and have the merchant file a claim. Upon contacting Messey, he was on top of communication with me and even though (what i assume) Fed Ex was giving him a hard time with the claim. Days later he just resent me the same product which i originally purchased.
