A : While
we have an extensive amount of stock, there are sometimes
instances where your particular size and color are not
available. If you have purchased an item and your color is
not available we will contact you promptly and you will then
have the option of choosing a different color or size or
cancelling your order.

I choose which color or size I want? |
A : If
you are looking to purchase an item in a specific size, all
of our listings have links to choose other sizes and is
located below the size chart. Alternatively, this is also
located above the available colors chart.

Q : How long does it take to receive my item
after I've paid? |
All orders are typically
sent out within 3 business days after payment has cleared
through Paypal or Money Order at which time you will be
notified via email. We email all customers once your item
has been shipped so please be sure to check your junk mail
or spam filter settings if you do not receive any
notification. Please allow the estimated shipping time to
pass before contacting us regarding package arrivals.
If purchasing multiple
items, *most Canada orders are shipped via XpressPost with
insurance at no additional charge. Please contact us with

How long
can I wait to pay for an item(s)? |
A : Paypal payments
are required within 5 days after auctions end. Please let us
know after auctions end if payment is being sent via money
order. If we have no response or payment after 10 days, a
buyer dispute will be filed through eBay and appropriate
feedback will be left. After 10 days we reserve the right to
cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file
with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred
on the sale.

Q : Can I purchase shipping
insurance for my item(s)? |
A : Insurance can be
purchased at the time of payment for all auctions. Coverage
is $1.00 per $100.00 value. Insurance is optional but
recommended on shipments over $100.00 in value. Please
note that as we are not a shipping company, and are not
responsible for lost goods. Lost packages are rare but
please purchase insurance for extra peace of mind. To keep
the cost of shipping down, we give the customer the option
of insuring their purchased products. For Canadian shipments
over 0.5KG (approx 3+ items), insurance is included
(XpressPost) at no additional charge. Please contact us to
see if your order qualifies.

Q : Are all of your items brand new with tags? |
A : Yes,
all of our products come straight from the American Apparel wholesale
warehouse and are guaranteed authentic. All items we carry are brand new
and have the factory tags sewn on. We do not sell any items altered or
discounted with "cut tags". All items come factory new. Please note,
there is a few items out of the thousands of items American Apparel
offers that for some reason do not have factory tags. These products are
the only exception to the rule.

Q : I live near
Master Q of clothes, can I pick up my item? |
A :
Sorry, due to the nature of our business logistics, we are
not setup to allow pickups.

Q : How
can I return or exchange a product? |
A : Returned items will be
accepted up to 30 days after the auction has completed.
Items being returned or exchanged must be returned (at the
buyers expense) in their original condition to apply. All
refunds are of the purchase price only (minus the original
shipping charges). In the event of an exchange, the buyer is
responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend out the
new order and any differences in product cost if applicable.
