Welcome to my Ebay Store. I'm an educated and trained jeweler who has been making and selling jewelry for over 20 years using high quality gemstones, pearls, beads, and metals. I'm a one woman shop managing every detail of my work from fabrication to shipping. I've been an avid collector of jewelry, gemstones and beads for over 30 years. Occasionally you will notice some for sale at my store along with left over unused findings from my work.

I contacted seller & explained to her I received them damaged. I mailed them back & gave her tracking information. Since I returned them w/out taking pictures I was unable to start a return on eBay.

This buyer received a full refund even though she returned jewelry she damaged. Under the circumstances I was under no obligation to offer this buyer a refund I just asked her to start the refund thru ebay to protect myself and the buyer. It's apparent that she didn't want to use the ebay return policy because she was knew she was returning items she damaged. I was communicating with her via text and had to block her due to abusive texting. I would be careful about selling anything to this buyer
