Pneumatic Warranty Information
Each Cyclone Pneumatic product is warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period is controlled by the documents furnished with each product and begins on the
date of shipment. Parts, product repairs and services are warranted for 1 Year. This warranty extends only to the original buyer or end-user
customer of a Cyclone Pneumatic authorized reseller, and does not apply to any product which, in Cyclone Pneumatic's opinion, has been misused
(overpressurized), altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling.
Cyclone Pneumatic authorized resellers shall have no authority to extend a greater or different
warranty on behalf of Cyclone Pneumatic. Warranty support is available if product is purchased through a Cyclone Pneumatic authorized sales outlet
or Buyer has paid the applicable international price.
Cyclone Pneumatic's warranty obligation is limited, at Cyclone Pneumatic's option, to refund
of the purchase price, free of charge repair, or replacement of a defective product returned within the warranty period. Cyclone Pneumatic shall
not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses, including loss of data.
All returns are subject to our approval and must be accompanied by an RMA issued by a Max Tool
Representative in order to be processed. All orders returned without the RMA number will be accessed a charge of $15.00.

MaxTool will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item)
and re-ship the correct item at no charge. All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is
issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining
items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
All shipping charges "ground or express" are non-refundable. All free gifts must be returned before a credit will be processed or MaxTool
will deduct the value of the gifts from the refund.
All DuroMax generators and engines have a 30 day replacement warranty and carry a full 1 year parts warranty. Parts are no charge during the
warranty period and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping
damages must be claimed with the designated shipper. Check the unit for damage before signing the bill of lading or delivery receipt.
What Duromax Will Repair or Replace Under Warranty:
Duromax will replace, at its option, any part that is proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the
applicable warranty time period. Warranty replacements will be made without charge for parts. Anything replaced under
warranty becomes the property of Duromax. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as part of the original product, and any warranty
on those parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty.
Exclusions:
1. Any damage or deterioration resulting from the following:
- Neglect of the periodic maintenance as specified in the owner’s manual
- Improper repair or maintenance
- Operating methods other than those indicated in the product owner’s manual
- The use of non-genuine Duromax parts and accessories other than those approved by Duromax (other than recommended lubricants and fluids)
- Exposure of the product to soot and smoke, chemical agents, bird droppings, sea water, sea breeze, salt or other environmental phenomena
- Collision, fuel contamination or deterioration, neglect, unauthorized alteration, misuse, incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts
- Natural wear and tear (natural fading of painted or plated surfaces, sheet peeling and other natural deterioration)
2. Consumable parts: Duromax does not warrant parts deterioration due to natural wear and tear.
The parts listed below are not covered by warranty (unless they are needed as a part of another warranty repair):
- Spark plug, fuel filter, air cleaner element, tire, wheel bearing, recoil starter rope, cable, belt
- Lubricant: oil and grease
3. Cleaning, adjustment, and normal periodic maintenance work (carburetor cleaning,
engine oil draining, impeller adjusting, belt and cable adjustments).
4. Any product that has ever been declared a total loss or sold for salvage by a
financial institution or insurer.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damage and Limitation of Implied Warranties:
Duromax disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of the product, transportation, commercial
loss, or any other incidental or consequential damage. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written limited warranty. Some states do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. All returns are subject to our approval and must be accompanied by an RMA issued by a MaxTool Representative in order to be processed.
All orders returned without the RMA number will be accessed a charge of $15.00.

Keggermeister Warranty Information

Limited Warranty
This quality product is warranted to be free from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship,
provided that the unit is used under the normal operating conditions intended by the manufacturer.
This warranty is available to only to the person to whom the unit was originally sold by Keggermeister or by an authorized distributor
of Keggermeister, and is non-transferable.
Terms of Warranty
Plastic parts are warranted for thirty (30) days only from purchase date, with no extensions provided.
During the first 12 months, any electrical parts of this product found to be defective, including any sealed system units will be replaced at warrantor's option.
Nothing in this warrant shall imply that Keggermeister will be responsible or liable for any spoilage or damage to food or other contents of this appliance, whether due
to any defect of the appliance, or its use, whether proper or improper.
Exclusions
Same as herein provided, Keggermeister there are no other warranties, condition,
representations or guarantees, express or implied, made or intended by Keggermeister or its authorized distributors and all other warranties,
conditions, representations or guarantees, including any warranties, conditions, representations, guarantees under any Sale of Goods Act or like
legislation or statue is hereby expressly excluded. Keggermeister shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property, including the
unit itself, howsoever caused or any consequential damages arising from the malfunction of the unit and by the purchase of the unit. The purchaser
does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless Keggermeister from any claim for damages to persons or property caused by the unit.
General Provisions
No warranty or insurance herein contained or setout shall apply when damage or repair is caused by any of the following:
- Power Failure.
- Damage in transit or when moving the appliance.
- Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective house wiring or inadequate fuses.
- Accident, alteration, abuse or misuse of the appliance such as inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal operating conditions.
- Use for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility, act's of God such as hurricanes, floods etc.
Proof of purchase date will be required for warranty claims; please retain the bill of sale.

Warranty Information
- Kreg components are fully guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
- Kreg will replace or repair, at no charge to the customer, any product that fails within the warranty period.
- Kreg will service Kreg components beyond the warranty period at a reasonable cost to customer.
- Any neglect, misuse or usage of the Tools in a fashion not recommended by Kreg will void all warranties.
As with all machinery, there are certain hazards involved with operation and use of the band saw. Using the
machine with respect and caution will considerably lessen the possibility of personal injury. However, if normal
safety precautions are overlooked or ignored, personal injury to the operator may result.
This system was designed for certain applications only. Kreg strongly recommends that this system NOT
be modified and/or used for any application other than for which it was designed. If you have any questions
relative to its application, DO NOT use the Tools until you have written Kreg Tool and we have advised you.
SAS Safety
Warranty Information
Each
SAS Safety product is warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period is
controlled by the documents furnished with each product and begins on
the date of shipment. This warranty extends only to the original buyer
or end-user customer of a SAS Safety authorized reseller, and does not
apply to any product which, in
SAS Safety opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or
abnormal conditions of operation or handling.
Thermo-Tech authorized resellers shall have no authority to extend a greater or different warranty on behalf of
SAS Safety. Warranty support is available if product is purchased through a
SAS Safety authorized sales outlet or Buyer has paid the applicable international price.
SAS Safety reserves the right
to invoice Buyer for importation costs of repair/replacement parts when product purchased in one country is submitted for repair in another country.
SAS Safety's warranty obligation is limited, at
SAS Safety option, to refund the purchase price, or replacement of a defective
product returned within the warranty period. SAS Safety shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses, including
loss.
All returns are subject to our approval and must be accompanied by an RMA issued by a Factory Authorized Outlet Representative in order to be processed.

ThermoTech Warranty Information
Each Thermo-Tech product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period
is controlled by the documents furnished with each product and begins on the date of shipment. Parts, product repairs and services are warranted
for 90 days. This warranty extends only to the original buyer or end-user customer of a Thermo-Tech authorized reseller, and does not apply to
fuses, disposable batteries or to any product which, in Thermo-Tech's opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or
abnormal conditions of operation or handling.
Thermo-Tech authorized resellers shall have no authority to extend a greater or different warranty on behalf of Thermo-Tech. Warranty support is available
if product is purchased through a Thermo-Tech authorized sales outlet or Buyer has paid the applicable international price. Thermo-Tech reserves the right
to invoice Buyer for importation costs of repair/replacement parts when product purchased in one country is submitted for repair in another country.
Thermo-Tech's warranty obligation is limited, at Thermo-Tech's option, to refund of the purchase price, free of charge repair, or replacement of a defective

Following warranty repair, the product will be returned to Buyer, transportation prepaid (FOB Destination). If Thermo-Tech determines that the failure was
caused by misuse, alteration, accident or abnormal condition of operation or handling, Thermo-Tech will provide an estimate of replacement parts or unit.
Following repair, the product will be returned to the Buyer, transportation prepaid and the Buyer will be billed for the repair and return transportation
charges. Thermo-Tech assumes no risk for damage in transit while during a Warranty or Repair. This warranty is buyer's sole and exclusive remedy and is in
lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
