Doll was perfect until seller wrapped doll in blue tissue paper which stained face & hands. I emailed seller, who said alcohol would take it off & if not I could return the doll. (Their return policy says buyer pays S & H...which was pricey). I tried many methods to no avail. I have found a new method to try but no guarantees. I again emailed seller to see if they would at least do partial refund but seller stopped responding. Doll and shipping were too expensive for doll to be imperfect.
