I paid June 3rd for the Carena bell. As of July 7 I still have not seen anything. I have sent 4 messages with no reply. The status still says pending and of course I have been charged for my purchase. I would be happier if I would at least have any one of my messages responded to. Give me an update tell me why it’s taking over a month to process and ship my item… very frustrating

I would like to follow up to say that this seller is hands down the best. They are thoughtful and kind. The original post I made was an issue stemming from eBay. Their eBay store was supposed to have been suspended while the seller was out for medical reasons but eBay didn’t do that. Since they are back they have been so nice and kind. They shipped the item securely and I received it in great condition. They have followed up and have been a pleasure to work with. 100% would recommend them.
