When will my order ship?
Orders received by 3:00 PM C.S.T. will ship within 24-48 hours. Occasionally, a delay could occur or an item could be on backorder which means your order will ship out by a given date (provided by email or phone).
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
I can't find an item I want to order from your site. How can I order it?
Simply call or email us with the PRODUCT CODE and EXACT DESCRIPTION of the item you are looking for. Even if you submit just a product number of a competitor or manufacturer it will greatly increase the chances of us finding the instrument you need.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we have a hassle free return policy. Simply call or email us with your request within 14 days of purchase (freight charges are not credited back). Prior to returning an item you must contact Customer Service at 708-237-3750. Be sure to have the Date of Transaction and Product Code in question. Unless a mistake was made by our shipping department, all returns need to be sent back pre-paid. Used instruments will not be accepted for credit unless found defective. Also, special orders are not subject to returns.
Besides repairing the MEDCO brand of surgical instruments, do you repair any other brands?

Be sure to include your business card or letterhead explaining the repair service needed. Repair quotes can only be given when the instrument is received.
Do you offer financing on large transactions?
Of course! Upon placing your order we can negotiate an Interest Free financing plan on transactions over $500.00.
I purchased product from Medco at a trade show, however your web prices are more expensive. Why?
Trade shows have typically been the place to capture very attractive prices due to the competitiveness of other companies. Our web prices reflect the LIST price which is the same as standard retail value. Hence, we cannot lower our prices on our web site when we are already doing so at various trade shows. On the other hand please browse our Web Specials section for discounted prices on select products. Prices are subject to change without notice.
