Sending me information for your new fashionable medical alert ID Bracelet is easy!
Please follow these steps and read my important notes before sending your information to be custom engraved onto your ID bracelet Step #1
Purchase your new fashionable custom engraved medical alert ID.
Read description very carefully for limitations on custom engraving on your Medical bracelet. Some medical dog tags, pendants, IDs and jewelery can only be custom engraved onto one side. Some of my very fashionable and unique medical ID tags can require different limitations. This some times can be due to lack of room. Or even with some of my colorful and unique medical ID bracelets can or can not be engraved on both sides. So please read carefully for engraving info. STEP #2
Prepare your medical identification information with all of the correct spelling and gramar. With so many varitys of conditions and requests I do not correct gramar and spelling and will engrave exactly as you send it to me. ALSO please specify FRONT and BACK (when applied) for engraving to go. If this is not noted I will place medical engraving on back (when applied) and your name (if requested to be engraved) on the front.
STEP #3
Sending me the information for your new medical ID tag can be done by typing in what you would like engraved (Remember Step #2 and be specific and spelling) in the NOTE Box just before you send payment with paypal. This NOTE Box should be on the check out screen after you decided to buy. IF You Are Not Able To Find This NOTE BOX. Not a problem. Go ahead and send me your engraving information in an ebay message and I can match it up with your order. I prefer the NOTE box but no worries. I will get your correct engraving for your medical ID either way and your Medical ID with be shipped ASAP !
