WE TRY TO BE VERY CONSERVATIVE IN OUR CONDITION RATINGS....HERE IS OUR GENERAL CRITERIA FOR OUR RATINGS:
MINT
Appears New in Condition (even though it may not be the most current edition) and usually still sealed in plastic (if they originally came that way).
NEAR MINT
Negligible Cover, Binding, Corner, and Edge Wear. Near Bookstore New In Condition. On quick inspection, no apparent writing, marks, or highlighting on pages. Our books rated near mint are very nearly in bookstore new condition.
VERY GOOD
Very Minor (if any) Cover, Binding, Corner, or Edge Wear with little, if any, writing or highlighting on the internal pages. Might be a price marking or notation inside the cover or on first page.
GOOD
Minor Cover, Binding, Corner, or Edge Wear. There might be some writing, marks, or highlighting on some pages, but not excessive or abusive. There might be a few crimped or folded pages, but not excessive.
FAIR
Considerable Cover, Binding, Corner, or Edge Wear. There is likely substantial writing, marks, or highlighting on some pages. There could be some folded or crimped pages. The book will, however, still be in useable condition.
POOR
Major Problems in condition in one area or another. Books listed as "poor" in condition will be described as accurately as possible. When purchasing a book marked in "poor" condition, one would expect substantial writing, marks, and/or highlighting and considerable cover, binding, corner, or edge wear. There may be some moisture damage, but if so, that will be described in detail in our description. The book should be useable provided one is not overly concerned with appearance.

Because our system is automatic we will only ship to the ebay supplied address. If you wish to ship to a different address please change the address in ebay to your desired ship to address.

We will leave feedback on all completed transactions. Our system automatically reciprocates feedback once it is received.
U.S. shipments will be sent Media Mail & will take 4-15 business days to arrive from the ship date. Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 40 business days to arrive. This is our only method of shipping.
Items returned as undeliverable due to a bad or incorrect address will be refunded less shipping & handling charges of $5, restocking fees and a return postage fee of $3. This will also apply to shipments that are refused.* |

Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt of order (we will use the delivery confirmation date) provided the item is returned in the original new condition, unopened and undamaged. Security tape and shrink wrap on DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, video games, software and vinyl records must not be torn or tampered with. Return shipping charges, initial shipping charges, insurance charges will not be reimbursed and a 50% restocking fee will apply. Please allow for 30 days from the time we receive the item back for the refund to be issued. If we have shipped the wrong item please contact us first at support@megamediadepot.net for instructions. We are not responsible for mistakes by the Post Office. We also suggest you buy insurance and use delivery confirmation on all returns. Please note this expense will not be reimbursed. We also will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.*

All delivery confirmation numbers are issued and emailed direct to you.
Insurance is optional for shipping and is charged per item ($1.65 for domestic). This means that the risk of loss, damage and not receiving your items will be covered after the listed time frames have passed. Please review these timeframes listed above.
All insurance will cover your shipment for the full amount of your item against lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. If delivery is confirmed by the carrier, you will need to contact your local carrier who will have knowledge of where your package was delivered. Any and all confirmed deliveries will not be covered under this insurance. If the tracking number is in the USPS system the refund will not be issued to allow more time for delivery.
Any items damaged in transit will have to be returned to us for inspection before any refund.
*All refunds regardless of the payment method used by the buyer will be issued via paypal to the email address used to place the order.
Any buyer wishing to cancel an order BEFORE it ships can request so at support@megamediadepot.net. Your request may or may not be granted and that is at the sole discretion of Mega Media Depot. If the cancellation is granted a $5.00 processing fee will be charged.
