I called Kenmore Customer Service and was told I couldn't buy this short hose for my vacuum cleaner - that I had to buy the entire head assembly. Their excuse was that the hose had electrical connections the customer could mis-connect. FALSE! This seller had the hose alone (which had no wiring connections, by the way). It was brand new -as advertised. And reached me in 2 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We went through the refund process and in a few days I was able to reorder the part and seller assured me they had the correct part and would hold it for me. Received the second shipment and the second part is correct.
