Merle's Garden Center is a family owned business. We have been in business for 42 years and have accomplished this by giving our customers what they are looking for, great service and high quality products.

Now we are going to bring this attitude to ebay. So if there is anything you are looking for that I don't have listed,
e-mail me and I can get it up for auction.

We take pride in our work and will not put up with the abuse of some buyer's. We at Merle's enjoy the chance to serve people on ebay but will not put up with undeserved ridicule. So if you are planning to purchase a item from us please contact us first if there is a problem.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are sent as Richard Graves as the sender, so that it is not noticable your item is shipped from a garden center.

Plant(s) are alive and healthy when shipped. Live plants can only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. We ship on a first come first serve basis. You will receive an email notifying you when your plant was shipped. We package the plant(s) very carefully, but cannot be responsible for damage due to carrier mishandling or improper planting. There is always a slight chance that damage during shipping can occur. We are then expected to be responsible for this, we have no control over the usps and some of them do not seem to respect other peoples property. If you are concerned about your packages you need to buy insurance. Because of the changes in pricing some of our combined shipping has been affected. For some areas that are in a 'zone 5 thru zone 8' from us we can only combine shipping for 4-6 items per box, then the shipping starts over again. I know this is confusing because it is to me. So to be sure what zone you are in from us you can tell me your zip code and I will tell you. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable

If you receive a wrong or defective item please call 402-643-2891 or email: MG54022@windstream.net  for a Return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Returns must be received by Merle's Garden Center within 14 calendar days from the date contacted about the return. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.

PRODUCT CONDITION:

Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Merle's Garden Center .


PACKING AND SHIPPING:
 Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer's carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice.  Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.


REPLACEMENTS:
For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Exchanges only, no refunds on auction items.
