At the Metallicimage we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction.

On all Non-Customized items if within 14 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund (less delivery charges). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
