Tom is simply incredible. We had an issue with a damaged shipment (USPS fault), despite perfect packing, I notified Tom, he told me to return it. He completely repaired the item and sent it back in perfect shape. Along the way, he was immediate in terms of his responses/communications and lightning fast with his service. Vintage Vauen No. 886 Pipe, sadly I think this Pipe is done the crack in the bowl is too severe I thought I could repair it, alas no. I bought it fully aware that it was cracked. Seller Packed the pipe very carefully, and with great detail. The Pipe arrived safely. This is just one of those circumstances that this Pipe is too far gone to repair, and restore. To no fault of the seller. Seller did excellent job of pictures and description.
