Tom is simply incredible. We had an issue with a damaged shipment (USPS fault), despite perfect packing, I notified Tom, he told me to return it. He completely repaired the item and sent it back in perfect shape. Along the way, he was immediate in terms of his responses/communications and lightning fast with his service.
