I’ve ordered 2 sets of these bass traps, both shipments were shorted 1 entire bundle. The first order I reached out and after a few weeks they sent the missing items. The last order was missing 8 bass traps, I reached out and did hear back however they have not sent the items I paid for months ago. I have no contact with them now and eBay says to return the items for a refund but they are mounted and I need them. I would NOT buy from this seller.
