A note about the upcoming Holiday season:

Metro Watch Company’s Holiday Schedule:

December 22^nd: Last Day to Purchase for Christmas. See details below to ensure delivery by Christmas. Customer service will be available between 8am-5pm CT on the 22nd and 23rd.

December 24^{th –}27^th: Closed. No orders will be placed. Customer service will be unavailable during these dates.

December 28^th-30^th: Open for business. Orders can be placed. Customer service will be available between 9am-2:30pm CT.

December 31^st-January 3^rd: Closed. No orders will be placed; customer service will be available from 9am-2:30pm CT on the 31st. Customer service will be unavailable on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

January 4^th: Reopen for business.

The last day Metro Watch Company can ship orders in time for Christmas will be December 22^nd. All orders on December 22^nd will have to be placed before 12 Noon CT and you will have to select UPS Next Day Saver for your order to arrive in time for Christmas. Please make sure your Paypal and eBay addresses match. If they do not, your order will be delayed and may not arrive in time for Christmas.

If you have paid with your order by Paypal e-check, the e-check must clear before this deadline as well to have the order ship before we close for the holidays. Additionally, all order-related questions will only be answered on the above dates that we state we have customer service available. We strongly recommend, if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us before December 22^nd.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for UPS delivery times. UPS delivery delays are solely the responsibility of UPS and are neither something we can control nor something we are liable for. We are only responsible for shipping your order within 5 business days (barring holidays or dates we state that we are closed) of receiving cleared payment.
