I placed my order on September 4, 2023, with instructions to Seller not to start delivery until September 16th, and would like seller to provide me with the User Name and Password for the order so I could deal directly with the WSJ. On September 5th, email message from Seller indicated that was not the terms of the subscription, order will be cancelled, and refund issued within 3-5 business days. Notified Seller September 16th that no Refund had been received to date.
