Was missing the jumper that goes between the two required batteries, wish that was mentioned in description, but the price asked was very fair even with that in mind. Once the part was fabricated and batteries arrived the UPS tested as working perfectly.Would purchase from this seller again without hesitation. Just keep in mind that dual battery UPS's generally have a short loose wire used to connect the pair of batteries in series, and that piece is often missing in used devices.
