Payment |
We accept PayPal and money order. Payment must be sent within one week. You will receive an unpaid reminder after due date. If you pay with money order, please go through eBay's checkout so that we know about that.

Shipping |
Shipping and insurance costs are specified in eBay's corresponding sections(right below item description).
Most US and Canadian orders are free for ground shipping except some low price small items. See listing details.
We ship within one business day after receiving the payment. We will always try to ship the same business day if we can.
Combined shipping discount is available if you purchase multiple items before you pay. The total shipping cost would be: 100% of the first item with highest shipping cost + 50% of the item with second highest shipping cost. From the third item on, shipping is free, except specified otherwise in the description.
Please wait for our eBay invoice if you don't know how to adjust it. In case you want to purchase more items after you've paid for the previous items, you may still get a chance to have combined shipping discount if you send us an email before we ship AND get the confirmation email from us.

Return |
If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it within 14 days after the date you receive it. You need to pay for the return postage and we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. Return must be in original condition and package. Missing part (including the package) and any damage will be subject to a deduction of the refund. Other situations are specified below:
- If damage is caused by the carrier, you need to take some pictures and send to us before you return. We will pay for the return shipping cost and you will get a replacement after we receive the returned item.
- If it arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) or you get the wrong item, we will reimbuse your shipping cost for the return after we receive it, exchange only. If you ask for a refund, you still need to pay for the shipping cost.
- Any notification we get after 14 days of receipt, it will be considered as the warranty issues which is under the terms below.

Warranty |
After 14 days of the date you receive the item, you may only return it for repair.
- All microscopes are under five(5) year warranty, free labor and parts, excluding items with warranty specified in the description. Buyer needs to pay for both way shipping costs.
- All microscope accessories (CCD cameras, illuminators, boom stands, etc.) are under one(1) year warranty, except specified in the description. Buyer pays for both way shipping costs.
- Products other than microscopes and accessories have one (1) year warranty, except specified in the description.
- No warranty on bulbs.
