You may return items with in 14 days of delivery. If the item is returned due to an error made by uBuyFurniture/Midwest Store (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will pay the return shipping costs, and a full refund or exchange will be given. No additional cost to the buyer

If the a return is not due to error made by Midwest Store/ uBuyFurniture, or the item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and a refund, less the original shipping charges will be issued.
