Q:What is your return policy?
A:I accept returns, but do ask that you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item you wish to return. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (i.e. a NWT item must still have the tags attached). Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. Any item sold "as is" cannot be returned.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, I'm always happy to combine shipping for you! Shipping for clothing, shoes and accessories is pay the highest shipping cost plus $1 for each additional item purchased. For toys and large clothing lots I combine shipping based on actual weight to your zip code.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:I ship daily, 6 days a week. Most domestic packages can be expected to arrive within 3-4 business days. I always offer expedited shipping if you need your item in a hurry, just ask! For clothing I mainly use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Toys and large clothing lots are generally shipped via UPS Ground.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Most of my clothing items are a flat-rate shipping cost in the U.S. For items over 1 pound, use the shipping calculator in the auction to view shipping to your zip code.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, I'm happy to ship items worldwide. Many of my items have calculated shipping available for worldwide customers. If not, feel free to contact me for a shipping quote.
Q:Can you ship as a gift internationally?
A:I'm sorry, but I am unable to mark the customs form as a gift. All customs forms will be filled out with the appropriate information and with the value as the amount you paid for the item.
Q:What about customs fees, duties or VAT?
A:International buyers need to be aware that their country may impose a fee on an imported item. Buyers are responsible for any fees, duties or other taxes their country may charge.
