I had trouble getting the locomotive to run when I first tested it. I wrote to the sellers and received a prompt response that contained a few reasonable suggestions to fix the problem. As it turned it was my own "pilot error" that was keeping the train from performing. I appreciated the reply from the seller and the item was shipped promptly and sold at a fair price.
