BUYER PROTECTION: Most buyers get free protection of up to $2,000.00 USD on your purchases when using PayPal. All sellers do not offer this, only the best sellers can offer this protection. Look for PayPal Buyer Protection in the Seller Information box on the View Item page. Note that some buyers may not be eligible for this protection.
SHIPPING: Modern Coffee Designs will only ship to the billing address on your PayPal Account. This is to protect the buyer from credit card fraud. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES for your protection. A buyer is responsible for providing accurate information for shipping on their Paypal account per eBays policies. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. We do not ship to P.O. and A.P.O. Boxes. You will have an opportunity to purchase shipping insurance unless otherwise specified. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance and the item arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to settle the damage with the shipping carrier if possible. Goods damaged in shipping cannot be returned unless shipping insurance is purchased or included.
What happens If I Refuse My Order or not available to receive your order? If your order has been shipped and is refused for any reason, there will be a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
We only ship free (where specified) to the lower 48 states in the US because of warranty service. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii via US Mail but additional shipping charges will apply. Items will generally ship in 2 - 4 full business days. See specific item for details. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
PAYMENTS: Payments are expected within three days of the auction ending unless Immediate Payment is required.
NOTICE: The seller makes every effort to properly represent the product based on information provided by the manufacturer. Seller is not responsible to for statements made by the manufacturer about it’s products.
RETURNS: (does not apply to Clearance Items - see text on ads for individual clearance items for return policy) We state the item return policy on each item individually. Please review the item for the exact timeframe. Modern Coffee Designs offers a return policy for most defective merchandise. Please see each individual listing for return policy. Beyond the stated return policy, the item must be sent to the manufacturer or authorized service center to obtain service. Warranty is subject to manufacturer terms.
For any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA must be requested by emailing us at service@ModernCoffeeDesigns within the stated item return policy. The package to be returned must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any item returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. - If you encounter problems with your order and if it's already past the stated return policy, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Please make sure to place your Return Authorization # on the return box to avoid delays or complications in processing the return or exchange. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. All returns must be packed in the original manufacturer’s box and then placed in another shipping box (You can use the one you received with your order).
Make sure you have put back everything that came with your merchandise, the manufacturer’s accessories, instruction books and warranty cards (unfilled ). Merchandise must be in new condition. It cannot have any scratches or any other damages. Any parts that are missing will result in a reduced refund depending on the parts missing.
An item returned found to be in working condition (Exchange) will be subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. Your return will be inspected by the shipping manager upon receipt. The restocking fee is assessed based upon the condition of the item(s) and determined by the receiving manager.
Also note: Once we receive the package, you will receive an e-mail from the Receiving Department acknowledging receipt, and letting you know how long it will take to process the exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for inspection once your package arrives.
MISSING PARTS: Where possible, the seller performs a visual inspection to ensure the item has all stated parts. If any part of a stated item is missing, the buyer must contact the manufacturer to obtain the missing part. Seller is not responsible for replacement, refund, or return of any item that has a missing part(s). The seller does agree to work with the customer to obtain the missing part.
WARRANTY: Buyer must contact manufacturer for warranty information. Seller makes no promise of warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.
FEEDBACK: We all understand that the feedback is a critical part for all of us in the eBay community. Therefore, if you are going to leave us a negative or neutral feedback, please give us the opportunity to correct the situation before leaving the feedback. In many cases, negative feedback is the result of misunderstanding or miscommunication that can be resolved to our mutual satisfaction. So, please talk to us first before you leave negative feedback. We certainly will correct any problems that might occur. If we made a mistake, we will correct it.
